I think you have a caching issue. It is certainly there when I test with IE. if you recently went from 6.2.2 then you need to clear the browser cache and refresh a few times. I can also see that the colours are off for the repeat, shuffle and power settings, which is another clue to a caching issue.
The black background behind the now playing info, is a bug that will be cleared with some upcoming updates.
