I've now upgraded to 1.6.3, made the $gxline1 edit to always display current temp, and added a '%b %d' => 'MMM dd' date format and I couldn't be happier! Thank you very much Martin for putting these last fixes in so quickly.
If these 2 minor changes could make their way into the next release, that would be great! BTW, for possible pointers on how to have an interactive offsaver to allow us to scroll through the multi-day forcast, perhaps the code in the SuperDateTime plugin might help.
