I do not. But I don't know about SD: third party plugin specific code
usually isn't appreciated (I know because there are a few lines for
one of my plugins only in there - wasn't easy :-)).
is it not possible to make use of the contentwrapper to make the web
pages fit the skin? Part of the rationale behind the cmdwrappers file
was to be able to have plugins immediately supported without having to
have custom pages for each skin. It would be of interest to know what
the blocker is on that.
