The log file doesn't really show anything. Could you try the following: 1. Stop the slim server service. 2. Start a command prompt 3. Change to the slim server directory: "C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server" 4. Run: slim.exe --d_plugin --d_source --d_remotestream
Lots of info will stream past but the bit we are interested in is the point at which it crashes. Hope this helps.
