I spoke a little too soon. I can play tracks, set ratings and run some queries with these ratings. However, I just tried to run one TrackStat query (highest rated genres), having only played a couple of albums in my fairly large database. "mysqld-nt.exe" is maxing out one of my cores, and the WebUI is not functioning (presumably SlimServer is trying to communicate with the DB, which is not responding).
I tried to stop and restart my service, but mysqld-nt is still hammering away. I stopped MySQL service and restarted it - fine. But now, as soon as I start my slimserver service, mysql-nt.exe goes up to 50% CPU (one core maxed out). Could the query have done something to corrupt the database? How can I recover?
