So I have tried again running DSL liveCD but choosing the slimCD iso to copy files from it. No success.
Did you use the ZIP or HDD version?
I'm sure it is because the script creates partitions on the USB pendrive that are too small (around 60Mb when the slimCD iso is 95Mb).
This seems to be a good reason for failing :-). The HDD version should create one single FAT partition, though. I guess you were using the ZIP version? I'll have to find out where it's doing the partitioning...
Ok, I checked the script. It does indeed create a partition of only 50MB. I'll have to modify that script. Thanks a lot for testing and checking with DSL!
