Nothing remarkable to add apart from the latest v1.04 works fine with the SS below. This is after having spent the previous evening trying to get v1.02 running without crashing SS, so I guess if there's a lesson to be learned it's that if after several attempts then it may just be wise to hold off for a forthcoming fix.
