I've made sure I have the latest versions.
Now the big question remains the same: which version? There are at least
two latest versions, depending on the server you're using... Please, give
me those numbers :-)

The plugin tries to download the information several times. This should
not happen. There's something odd. How many players do you have? How did
you call the plugin (web? player?)
Could you try to enable _all_ other plugins and see, whether it's still
crashing?
