Similar to the above post: can't get XM to play on my Mac. Note mine is an INTEL Mac Mini -- is your neighbor's also an Intel machine? I'm suspecting this a lack of a WMA codec for the new intel Macs.
I've tried a beta of the Flip4Mac WMV plugin but this doesn't seem to help. Can you see if your neighbor is able to Play XM Online via her web browser?
