"bitrate set to 0" message is OK - it is a timestamp. The rest looks
OK.

2 possibilities about problem
1. CPU is overloaded with FLAC (I think FLAC encoding is v. CPU
intensive)
2. data is being lost from FLAC to slimserver.

To minimise CPU load disable RTSP FLAC and RTSP MP3 and test with an
RTSP stream - this will send WAV.

If still no audio - do a log with d_source_v as well as d_source.  This
tell if data is being received by slimserver from mplayer.sh.

Your mplayer.sh looks to be modified - what changes did you make ?
