I am currently relying on just Music IP to manage my library - I was getting duplicates and very slow scanning before so I have disabled "Use iTunes" and cleared out my library folder path in my SlimServer settings. This has left me without an easy way to automatically keep my library up to date. I posted a feature enhancement request over at the Music IP forums (forums.predixis.com) for an automatic scanning feature like SlimServer's. In the meantime, I am updating Music IP manually. The problem is that SlimServer is not reloading the Music IP library at the specified interval. In my SlimServer settings, I have my MusicMagic reload interval set for 3600 (1 hour). I added some new music to Music IP, analyzed, refreshed, and reloaded the cache in the API (since I had done the previous steps via the application). I figured reloading the cache would be the trigger to tell SlimServer that there had been an update to the library, but several hours have come and gone and SlimServer has not reloaded my library to reflect the new music. Before I file a bug report I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. I enabled d_musicmagic, d_import, and d_scan, but so far my log file is empty as though no scanning has occurred.
