M1Abrams, It does support 6.5b2 I'm using it myself. Is your server on a windows machine?
I need to know the music directorys for Slim and MC for the reason that if MC and Slim are on different PC's then the paths to the music are different, so when MC tells me it's playing Z:\Music\Some Song.flac I have to remove the MC base path i.e. Z:\Music and replace it with the Slim path so it becomes something like C:\Music\Some Song.flac. This is then the file path from Slims perspective and is what is required for Slimserver to play the song.
