Yes, that indicates it failed to load. The error I'd be interested in is much earlier in the log, though, around the point you see lots of entries like "Requiring Plugins::RandomPlay::Plugin plugin". Basically the only meaningful error will be the first one mentioning Plugins::LazySearch2 after you started the server, which should be around that point.
