When you say you dont get "anything coming to the screen" do you mean a blank screen or just no data? If it's blank make sure you have the screensaver set as the "off screen saver" and try hitting the brightness key (there are times that the brightness is set to off). The debugging output also appears to be complaining about your DNS servers. Make sure you're able to access the web from your server.
