I've recently upgraded to SlimServer 6.5.0 and AlienBBC 1.06, which works very well for the most part.
However, AlienBBC no longer ignores the r2online_id.rm file, as it did with SlimServer 6.2 and a previous version of AlienBBC. Running SlimServer with --d_plugin gives the following: ------------------------------- 2006-10-24 10:16:02.5810 registerParser: Registering external parser for type rtsppl - class: Plugins::Alien::Playlists::RTSPPL 2006-10-24 10:16:02.5816 registerParser: Registering external parser for type smilpl - class: Plugins::Alien::Playlists::SMIL 2006-10-24 10:16:34.1744 parseList (type: rtsppl): http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/realmedia/fmg2.rpm 2006-10-24 10:16:34.1751 parseList: Unknown content type rtsppl, trying to guess 2006-10-24 10:16:34.1759 parseList: Couldn't guess, so trying to simply read all URLs from content Streaming: Launching mplayer -really-quiet -vc null -vo null -bandwidth 10000000 -cache 128 -af volume=0,resample=44100:0:1,channels=2 -ao pcm:nowaveheader:file=/dev/fd/3 rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/radio2/r2online_id.rm Assuming raw pcm input file : Forcing byte-swapping MPlayer dev-Fedora-GS-CVS-060418-04:13-4.0.2 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team CPU: Advanced Micro Devices Sempron/Athlon MP/XP Thoroughbred; Duron Applebred (Family: 6, Stepping: 1) CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 1 3DNow2: 1 SSE: 1 SSE2: 0 Compiled with runtime CPU detection.
