Normally after selecting the desired plugin, LMS asks for a reboot. When
you click OK, LMS reboots. When I click OK nothing happens, and the
Qobuz plugin won't install.

And Qobuz is different in this regard? With other plugins this procedure would work?

Please note that on some systems the restart is not possible. I don't know about your ReadyNAS model. That's why I asked to restart the machine, to see whether that would install the plugin.

I downloaded a complete log, but i cannot find a file called server.log.
Maybe system.log?

Once LMS is running, then you can get it from Settings/Information. There's a link to the server.log file.
