No, I couldn't find any way to add album to my favorites, not using web interface or iPeng. Web interface does not have the "heart (Save)" icon at albums level while tracks level has it and track info level does not have any links. On iPeng (or SqueezePad) the context menu for album does not have option to save into favorites while the context menu of track has "Save to Favorites" submenu but only with "Cancel" and "Add [track]" items.
Hmm... we're talking about Qobuz Favorites, not LMS favorites? I'll have to actually run the code to see it :-)
