The Ubuntu log is missing the mpeg decode has not started which means
squeezelite cannot decode the offered stream.
Check what is the difference between the squeezeliute for Windows vs
Ubuntu (e.g. same version ? same libraries used to build ? )
Enable more squeezelite logging and where is the early interesting stuff
which tells you what is enabled and data rate supported - on my ubuntu
