OK it looks like you have a good UK connections.

To enable logging use WebUI /Settings/Adavanced/logging.

1. In the logging page find plugin.bbbciplay.dash and set to INFO and
then clikc Apply.
2. Note time.
3. Try to play a stream that you have the problem (i.e. setting is
highest) 
4. Wait 30 secs.
5. Stop playing and clear playlist.
6. Note time.
7. Copy all entries in server.log file between time notes in steps 2 and
6 ointo a text file, zip it and attach to a post. Server.log file can be
found using WebUI Settings/Info - see bottom of page.
