OK - your log shows that BBC won't let you play the stream with URL that
look like

I don't understand why the BBC Radio web browser play OK using beta
HTML5 (i.e not Flash) - perhaps your company gateway is messing with
headers or recognises some URLs but it is not something I can fix - you
need to get your support guys to look into it. Remember DASH URLs are
transient -. I checked the MPD - unfortunately they are not geo-ip
locked.
