Doh!!! I made exactly the same mistake! Set it up fine on one PC, then when I set it up on a second PC I forgot to set the web address and left it as localhost. Perhaps a tweek to the code to make 'localhost' in the web address change when you change the server address (why would you want them to be different anyway?)
