Oh... what LMS version are you using? The plugin is rather heavy and can take a while to download. Older LMS versions would prompt for a server restart before the download had finished. Only newer 7.9 builds will wait until the download has succeeded. You probably restarted before it was done all those times...
appears to now allow play of Spotify tracks from LMS on ReadyNas via SB Player on android phone, as the progress bar on Squeeze Ctrl and on my SBTs indicate the track is playing... but no volume on SBT or SB Player.
Did you configure the plugin in Settings/Advanced/SPH? You need to log in there, too.
