Question: both "disable cache" and "always stream by helper" are not ticked, is that correct?
Well, these are options. Both have their pros and cons (see the informational tooltips). I personally don't use the cache, as I don't care about bandwidth usage, but disk space usage. 10% of a terabyte can be a lot of wasted disk space for my taste...
