Hopefully this is the right place to post. I've been trying to update to the latest version of IPlayer. I currently seem to be stuck at version 1.4.10.
I have "http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/bpaplugins/repo-short.xml"; set as an additional repository. Several times I have unticked IPlayer 1.4.10, to uninstall. Then restarted when prompted to, then ticked Next to IPlayer DASH version, to reinstall, restarted when prompted to, and it just re-installes version 1.4.10. I've tried this about 5 times now. Perhaps I need to find the plugins directory, and delete IPlayer, so it has to download and install a new version (I'm using Ubuntu 16.04). But later, as I have to go out in a few minutes. Or have I got something wrong, such as the wrong repository ?
