Spotify and Protocol Handler both enabled.

Seleccted 'Settings' to the right of agree.

Entered my user name and password on next page.  The one below.  Still
no audio. 

WENT BACK TO THIS PAGE AND CHECKED 'ALWAYS STREAM VIA HELPER.' (IMAGE
NOT ATTACHED)  LOGGED OUT AND BACK IN OF SPOTIFY.  NOW IT WORKS!  LOGGED
IN, PASSWORD SET. NO ERRORS!
ANY OTHER ACTIONS NEEDED?  

THANK YOU AN THE OTHERS FOR ALL YOUR HELP.  I'D BE LOST WITHOUT YOUR
EXPERTISE!  HOORAY FOR THE FORUM AND HELPFUL PEOPLE, LIKE YOU, WHO
POPULATE IT!
