Triode originally implemented the transcoding for AAC and it was aimed
at older SB players.
I was just aiming at doing enough getting Flac going within the test
timeframe.

As DASH Flac will be now be tested again for the Proms, there will
probably be a need for an update as BBC will change something or
possibly even make Flac available On-Demand.

I'll look at Flac transcoding but it is very niche. I'm justt rying to
get another small update ready which provide segments info for On-Demand
(I was working on it before Dash Flac).
