bb1959 - please open LMS' web UI, go to Settings/Information and post the top section with the system information to this thread. Do the same for the application search paths found further down that page.
Then go to Settings/Advanced/Logging. Find plugin.spotty and set it to Debug. Save the changes. Go to Settings/Advanced/Spotty and try to authenticate. Then post the server.log file here. LMS 7.8.0 is more than three years old. Is VB still maintained at all? They should definitely update LMS.
