It is only cosmetic as technically the AAC streams after decompression
are also 1,536kpbs.  However IIRC the previous trial had a much lower
number, a closer attempt to indicate the bps actually transmitted but it
too was a fixed number - never changed - just a guess by somebody
sometime.

They did this about a month ago - so far no request from SB users to add
Shetland and Orkney local radio.
