When checking the Spotty plug-in, and clicking on Apply/Restart, you should get a message along those lines : "LMS is restaring, wait a minute blablabla". Close the message. Now, on top of the plug-in list, you should see the Spotty plugin and next to it a message warning you it needs to be updated. So check it again, and click on Apply/Save. Now, restart. Return under the advanced settings, select Spotty and follow the instructions (log in, basically). Save and restart. It should now be displayed under your Apps. You're now reday to get rid of the rest.
