Quick note on this part: if you're on 64-bit Windows, you might think you need to install the 64-bit version of the VC 2015 runtime. If you're still getting the missing vcruntime140.dll error, go back and download the 32-bit (x86) version of the installer from Microsoft. Other than that hiccup for me, the Spotty migration went perfectly for me.
