Not only when it loses coverage, but also when I put it into standby manually (network connection stays alive in this case). But this is not so important, I believe nobody uses the buttons oft this speakers... I imagine that all this has to do with the fact that the Sony network speaker came with their own, built-in multiroom syncing function (called Party Mode). Would it be possible to have an option in the Airplay Bridge settings to decide which action should be taken when a prevent-playback message comes in? I.e. stopping LMS or telling the player to try to resync after successfully switching to another network?
