It seems there is a bug with the latest version of Ipeng. Since the recent upgrade to 9.3.1, I've been unable to launch the app - it crashes immediately after the splash screen. I've tried to reboot my phone, and reinstall the app, but the problem persists. Hardware: Iphone 5S, IOS version 9.2.1
