In order to solve the issue with preset buttons, I had to upgrade to LmsUpdate v7.9.1-1503129892, since LmsRepack latest version was from May (v7.9.1-1494667952). I also upgraded to Spotty v1.3.1. I tried preset buttons with Albums and Playlists and can confirm it is working fine on my Synology DS1812+.
