The updates to OutPost are manual (I have explictly NOT allowed auto-updates) and I have to manually create the rules for Internet/Application access - that is why I knew that socketwrapper.exe was a trusted app - and remained a trusted app - so it isnt the Outpost Firewall that has interrupted this system.
