Could you mail me the address and credentials and I'll have a look. That you can control the other players means the controller part of the App works but the player doesn't connect. They are pretty much independent and the player is controlled by the server, not the rest of the App. It needs port 3483 TCP for control and UDP for discovery and port 9000 is then used for streaming. 9000 can not be forwarded to something different because it's the server telling the player which port to use and it doesn't know the external part. I could change this but it would mean everything using a separate helper process on the server (like Spotify) will no longer work. Some ISPs seem to block port 3483 which would also let this break. A VPN is really the best solution. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 9, the Universal App for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
