Did you pair it successfully with 10.2 in the past? There is one nasty trick on the pairing is that the IP address of the ATV must be set in the config file for the pairing process to work, and that config update happens only every 30s. You might want to change the config file name, click apply then erase it (this way you've saved your current one if you need to go back to it). Then wait till the ATV4 is detected (refresh of settings is needed) and then, only then, try pairing.
