LMS did restart correctly and i did wait long enough ... Did a search on my windows system for this basic.html file and did the same on the rasp, the file is there /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/HTML/EN/plugins/Spotty/settings/basic.html
