I apologize for the delay in response. This is something where very
simply an iPhone can not see the server we so ever. The native Spotify
app on the iPhone in the device list does not see Spotty due to its user
name. If I use the primary account holders loon the same IPhone can see
the server. Remember this is the multi family account. We know Spotty on
the server is working as it authenticates the three accounts in the
server side.

I think that's just how it currently works: if Connect was started while account A was active, then only an iPhone configured with user A would see it, but not B.
