I just noticed that by enabling Spotify Connect on Windows you loose the ability to Skip not only when using Connect. Starting Discover Weekly with the Touches interface plays the first song over and over when trying to Skip. I unticked the Connect box and it started working again. Let me know if you want me to try Connect again :)
