I try it with different tracks every time; there is some new stuff in my
log but when I try to play stuff now nothing shows up there;

That's probably for an older version of Spotty by now, earlier in
November, hopefully it's still relevant to the problem I'm having
because otherwise both the Squeezeboxes and the logs are silent
