Thanks Michael, nothing about IO::Socket::SSL in the log files. The same device (my laptop using LMS on Windows) works very badly on my home network. Very well on another network... The Android APP setup for FLAC on my smartphone using my home Wifi has the same issue and all is perfect using 4G. I'm connected to the Inter using Fiber with a huge bandwidth... Suspecting some throtling from ISP or issue in my config.
