Version 0.4.0.0.10 should do the trick by duplicating the active channel. Note than I've finally not changed the gain as I don't know if the speaker is a real mono or stereo and if it's a real mono, it should average channels. So when using a stereo speaker, as it will play the same on both channels, it will be louder, but I did not want to make real mono quieter.
