I have uploaded a new logfile with only logs from today. Iit is called kuben72.server.log.zip. Hope it is easier to handle.
From that file I do see that Spotty is part of the repository file, and it's up to date. Therefore I would expect it to show up in the plugins page. Did you check all sections of the plugins list? You can disable my test.xml, which would get rid of one of the lists.
