Would those issues cause LMS to crash completely? I had to reboot my server and restart my Touch.
No, that's definitely not supposed to happen. That said: it seems to block LMS for up to a minute if things go wrong. I'll have to look into this. It's already been on my todo list, but I lost track of it, as it worked pretty well recently.
