Basic information often helps. What version of BBCiplayer are you using ? What player are you using ? What are the BBCiplayer Setting ? What program are you trying to play ? BBCmakes all recent programs available in both HLS and DASH. As I don't have a HLS reference player (no apple stuff) I don't maintain the HLS player but it seems to work still.
