First, thanks for the elaborate description, that's helpful, I need to find a way to test MusicIP myself but I think I have a pretty good idea what's happening now.

I can't think of anything else I can try at my end. > I don't think any of this will help. >From your description, what happens is that the commands provided by the MusicIP plugin don't work. The way these menus work is that the server provides a list of commands to iPeng which describe what should be done to play/play next/add to end something, but only if you are in a playlist. There is one additional command that opens a context menu (long one, with many options), this is being used when you long-press (in a playlist) or always (otherwise) These are the commands iPeng uses when you tap and the fact that this doesn't work indicates that something is wrong with these commands. In your case, it looks like the context menu entry is missing altogether. What iPeng is doing then is that it builds an own context menu with the "play", "play next" and "add to end" commands. Of course, these still don't work if the commands provided by the plugin don't work. What I would do is, is to try to long-press one of the _other_ items in the mix. There is a chance that it then has an own "play all" option, maybe that works. Otherwise... do we have a MusicIP thread here. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 9, the Universal App for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
