I've been trying to find a good solution, but can't think of anything.
The duration sent by LMS when using FLAC in RP is a single song, and
never the "block" of songs. The bitrate is the current block bitrate,
not the next block's, so I have no way to delay the request of the next
block when the current one ends. This delay is needed otherwise the
connection with RP is stalled for too long, and RP closes it.
Anyway, I've done a version 0.3.0.3.2 which optimized a few things and
correct some bugs. There is a patch that can be made to the radio
paradise plugin, but I'm not sure Michael would agree with it (there
might be side effects). Here it is: in the file ProtocolHandler.pm (in
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/RadioParadiseze),
change on line 216 and 217
