Strange - it's possible the mplayer doesn't support the VIA processor
you are using.

To get more message add " -v -v " to the command line before the
"-playlist".

If it is a problem with the version of mplayer - try the following to
get the 1.0pre7 version of mplayer which works on some VIA processors.

1. Download http://www.x2systems.com/alienbbc/AlienBBC-v1.02a_6.2.exe
2. Run the file but give it a dummy directory as you just want to get
the mplayer.exe file.
3. In the dummy directory find the mplayer.exe and try the command with
the playlist and see if there is a difference.
