Firs of all: if you're running the latest of everything, then you should be posting to the 2.3.x thread ;-). And as versions can change any moment, it's always good to know what exact version of the software you have. Eg. I updated LMS today. Yours might not be the latest after all.

Anyway...

- do you have multiple accounts configured in LMS (family subscription)?
- do you have the "only show local clients" or similar option in your phone's app enabled?
- do you have Connect even enabled for that player?
