My apology creating redundant post and thank you very much for fast reply. I google searched and found the solution at pape 47 which is to create the soft link to cdda2wav and then everything works.
I tried to search keyword "icedax" at this forum and it listed out many threads but it can't direct point me to the location for "icedax". That is why I was frustrated and too quick to post.
